Our Pacifica community has hand made over 750 pieces of PPE for essential workers in San Mateo County

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Program

Pacifica Community in Action has developed a PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Donation Program as an alternative method to help. In most cases, an individual from our community will pick up these donations from your doorstep.

There are many ways to help:

  • Donate N-95

  • Donate 100% Cotton cloth/elastic

  • If you can sew, create handmade masks made of 100% cotton that will be distributed to first responders (Hospital, Fire, Ambulance etc), essential workers, members of the community. For a good HOW-to tutorial on sewing these masks, click HERE.

  • Sew morale boosting caps for Nurses, any material. They love them and it makes them smile!

  • Before you begin one of these projects, we suggest contacting our team with any questions that you may have.
